Lai Hai Leong

Partner, Audit and Assurance

Lai is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA). He is also the fellow member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants UK (ACCA). He has more than a decade of experience in the areas of assurance and advisory, with the later 5.5 years with Moore Stephens LLP.

At Moore Stephens LLP, he was an audit senior manager, responsible for managing a portfolio of clients. These include those ranges from emerging smaller business to public listed companies, multinationals, statutory boards and non-profit organisations. Some of the industries he covered are trading, shipping and logistics, manufacturing, engineering and construction, recycling, information and communication industry, crypto-currencies and etc. He has also experience in assisting clients in special purpose engagements and various certifications for hospital, eldercare, charities and other government grant reimbursement claims. In furthering his career, he has also assisted in providing risk management, internal audit, due diligence and other advisory services.

Sheryl Chuah

Partner, Audit and Assurance

Sheryl graduated from The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants UK (ACCA) who is also a practising member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA). She has more than a decade of professional experience in accounting and auditing with international public accounting firms and chartered accountants firms across two countries (Singapore and Malaysia). During her time with a local accounting firm, she has handled a portfolio of clients in providing accounting, taxation and corporate secretarial services. Her portfolio of clients include retail, services, construction, IT, F&B, trading, manufacturing, multinational companies and co-operatives.
